very amiable,helpful proprietors, provided us with welcoming tea and biscuits on our arrival.decamped our vehicle of all our luggage and placed in respective rooms.a service rarely experienced before !
very steep gradient to access hotel car park, our vehicle f/valance "bottomed out" on leaving hotel from driveway to main road [every time] standard factory vehicle, no modifications.

"Very good experience. I generally prefer to stay in a big hotel and be anonymous but this has changed my mind about staying in a privately run hotel/B&B " (97872673)
Comfort & Cleanliness of all facilities. Friendliness and flexibility of the owners & Family. Excellent food and within walking distance of all local facilities including a water park.

"We enjoyed it. Make sure you follow the directions given to the hotel in peak season as these seek to avoid the worst of the traffic around Torbay." (108011957)
Welcome (cup of tea and biscuits)and helpfulness of the proprietors was among the best I have ever experienced. Ample free parking on street if car park was full. Lovely breakfasts.
