  Good selection of facilities in the hotel

  Lack of communication due to work being carried out in the hotel and outside the room window! sewege smell on the landing of the hotel in the mornings

  "I believe if the above issues were addressed staying at the Durley Hall Hotel would be a very nice experience." (107299673)

  Breakfast was good. Location to Bournemouth town and beach very good.

  Staff did not seem experienced in customer service skills and could do with more training in this area. Spa facilities were good except for attitude of staff (with the exception of the therapist that treated my wife) and complimentary towels that were supplied were ripped and marked.
