Well situated, very comfortable room with excellent view,proprietors and staff friendly and helpful.
Non opening windows to bedroom meant use of noisy air-con unit essential ( I believe the recently arrived proprietors have already noted this and plans are in hand to rectify )

"We very much enjoyed our stay in the attractive Dovey Inn. We loved the view and being so close to the beach. After staying in lots of places with squeaky floorboards it was a treat to have such a classy room and for the tariff to still be reasonable. " (107379403)
Hotel in an excellent location. View from bedroom superb. Room decor delightful.
Room very hot - not being able to open the window a disadvantage. Shower quite complicated to organise. While bathroom was beautiful and modern, simple practical things probably work best in a hotel.

Cleanliness and decor excellent, beds and linen comfortable and warm. Bathroom large, modern and very clean with large towels. Plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. Television and information plentiful, lovely welcome, Couldn't fault any of it.
Not sure if the hair dryer was working properly but it was up to me to have reported it. No hotel parking but we got the hang of the public pay meter further down the road £3.50 for 4hrs and over, free from 6pm to 8am

Good location,friendly staff and good value for money
Unfortunately the hotel suffered from lack of staff during the busy periods which lead to poor service, especially when trying to buy a drink ! Some people, ourselves included could be waiting for 10-15 mins to get served.

Really good-sized inter-connecting family room, overlooking estuary. Very comfortable bed.
Evening staff not so helpful. Asked about possibility of some food at 20.50, but told kitchen closed (no explanation). New owners who served breakfast were very pleasant. Apparently kitchen ducting was being inspected on previous day, but owner told us they could have easily made us a sandwich and was very apologetic about evening staff.
