    all very clean, modern and well laid out.Liked the shower

    Weekend breakfasts start at 8.00am - too late for a wok=rking person - although your staff made a great effort to come in earlier and get breakfast for 7.30/7.45am. We were not the only guests to find this too late.

    Not expensive. Free WiFi. Very silent room, no noize from neighbor's rooms. Hotel is modern so that everything is clean and neat. Warm towels. Cozy Indian / Continental restaurant.

    Incense from candle or stick is sometimes a little bit strong, however disappears shortly.

    Most hotels are similar with facilities on offer, however, what made this stay different was the welcoming way we were greeted at reception and also a similar experience in the restaurant area. Thank you.

    Accomodation fee is very low. Room is new and clean. Free WIFI. Air conditioned. Indian / continental restaurant is not so bad.

    Lock of a main door of a room can not work well. I asked a reception about it. He said I need to shut the door with a lot of force. TV reception was poor. A couple of channes only can be seen even Freeview. Starting time of breakfast is a little bit late. Some food were not ready at 7:10.

    Staff very helpful. Room very nice, clean and fairly spacious. Food in resturant very good and service impecably.

    Shower a bit slow and could be hotter but adequate for a night or two.

    Room comfortable & bed good size. Had excellent evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Extremely good value too. Bar prices were reasonable as well.

    I believe the hotel has only recently opened & may be experiencing a few teething problems e.g. lift was out of order.Our room was on the second floor,but we were offered a ground floor room if it was inconvenient or would arrange for our luggage to be carried to our room.The stair case was a gradual incline & did not bother us as we were traveling light.

    Helpful and considerate staff throughout.

    Corridor in total darkness early in the morning with room service trays on the floor. Room very cold on arrival.

    "POOR - I DONT THINK THE BUILDING/HOTEL HAS EVER BEEN PROPERLY FINISHED BY THE CONSTRUCTION TEAM. THE POWER FAIL MAY BE DOWN TO THE GRID, BUT AFTER WITNESSING THE LIFTS NOT WORKING ON PREVIOUS OCCASSIONS, NO PRESSURE/HOT WATER IN THE BEDROOMS, IT FURTHER SUBSTATIATES MY SUSPICION THAT SNAGGING/RECTIFICATION WORKS ON THE BUILDING HAVE NEVER BEEN CONCLUDED.     Shower was not working properly in the room so had to have a cold shower. Also, stayed here about seven weeks ago and at that time, the lift was out of action. After all this time, I would have expected the hotel to have had the broken lift mended. I was put on the top floor and had to carry my luggage up and down three flights of stairs during my stay. The Nan bread basket in the restrauant as part of the evening meal was expensive at over £4.00.

    The reception staff tried hard but failed miserably

    This hotel is a few months old I stayed here 6 weeks ago and the lift did not work. Six weeks later it was still out of order. Not very good when you are a disabled person like myself. This time the hot water did not work in the shower as well.

    Nice reception & cleaning staff.

    Poor service at breakfast - much too slow (1hr 15mins for breakfast on Saturday morning as no buffet breakfast), 10min wait for bacon at buffet on Sunday. Lift still not working (stayed here 1 month ago and it wasn't working then). Hair dryer not sited near mirror, and flex not long enough to allow drying whilst looking in mirror. Hotel is obviously quite new, which is nice but has a poor quality of finish in some areas.

    Receptionist excellent, Bar staff could be better, mixing a simple jack daniels and coke should present a challenge!!

    Shower did not work in first room allocated, bed side lights did not work in first room allocated (2 pin euro plugs pushed into 3 pin BS sockets cannot surely be correct?) Plug in sink was broken, plaster or grout on back of bathroom door, areas of finish looking incomplete in areas .

    Clean and fuctional hotel

    Staff training required. The staff were plesant but the Bar staff and general resturant staff lacked training. The lifts didnt work which as a disabled person I found unacceptable for such a new building. The hotel was too hot.

    Fresh, friendly reception staff, clean hotel

    helpful but ill-informed waiting staff in Restaurant. VERY noisy outside in early hours by staff and hotel staff causing disruption to sleep.

    Advertised as having leisure facilities but none were available. This was one of the key reasons I choose this hotel

    The satellite tv signal is a little weak so some channels cannot be accessed or break up.

    Customer service was excellent.

    Because it was fairly. The lift wasn't working, my access swipe card caused me some grieve but relatively minor things in the scheme of things.
