  "We were really upset about the situation, but it was very late when we arrived and my husband was sick, so we had no option but to accept the "room". When we came down for breakfast in the morning I couldn't believe that the rest of the hotel looked so nice. I think they shouldn't offer the room we stayed in to customers. They invited us to breakfast, but that's not enough. I wrote a complaint asking for a refund of, at least, a part of the amount I paid, but I'm still waiting for an answer. We really feel cheated."   The staff was kind and I think they felt a bit ashamed of the situation.

  Expensive (195 pounds), the room was so small that it looked like a sort of closet, the bathroom was outside and was tiny and it had no mirror. There were no room for a double bed and we could hardly move among the furniture. About the style, I think it had the style of a room meant to keep all the things that were no longer in use.

  "Room and bathroom were a little small but overall hotel was beautifully decorated with adequate facilities." (107597260)

  Very welcoming and efficient. Good quality decor. Very willing staff.

  One problem with an unemptied bin was dealt with and one or two staff although helpful were not properly trained.

  "We would definately recommend this hotel, staff were so helpful." (107778943)

  Made welcome right from the start. Arrived at 11.00 and given access to our room. Lovely quiet room at front of building. Good clean facilities and well decorated.

  Very soft bed, not to our likeing, but others may like it.

  " ho trovato un informazione internet eccellente e lo stesso vale per l'hotel pulito confortevle comodo per gli spostamenti nel centro con un rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente ottimo." (107626749)

  "It was an excellent stay. I had a great time in London which was started off from the friendly service from the hotel..It was lovely and recommend it. Its a value for money and i will be back." (107657450)

  When we arrived at the hotel. We was allowed to check in. We didn't expect that because it was 7 o'clock in the morning. And right from the start we was in love with the hotel and will be back again.

  No bad points. However the tv was a little cloudy. But that wasn't a problem because they offer dvds down at reception. Which cancelled that out completely.

  "Understated luxury " (107949686)

  Good design, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient.

  Shower not brilliant, but bathroom fine.

  Helpful and polite staff. Good quality, contemporary, fixtures and fittings

  Fire alarm was activated by the steam from the shower
