    "We booked because we wanted a hotel close to town and amenities. We stayed in a Wetherspoon Hotel that was better all round than this at £38 per night, so after paying £95 for this we felt gouged." (108810850)

    Location of this hotel was its only attraction for us. Breakfast was good. Staff service was good. Good clean linen in bed and bathroom.

    Sloping floors in room and bathroom. Poor standard of plumbing - e.g. untidy and dirty sealants and toilet rammed up to the wall. Ancient wall clock radio not working, not that we wanted to use it anyway - just added to the general 'out of date' flavour of the hotel. Few TV channels (3 working) - other cheaper hotels have Freeview and Sky.

    Excellent Staff. Decent sized, well equipped, clean room.

    Nothing was too mcu trouble, Fast friendly service and great great room with lovely view and spacious! Really enjoyed the wonderful meals too.

    No really bad points, but would have appreciated knowing about parking facilities online perhaps before we arrived rather than the car park location not being clear, but it was not really a bad point-we really enjoyed the stay.

    "we literally only used the hotel for overnight accomodation prior to collecting son from university, however service we received was v.good. the location is excellent for both the beach and town facilities. we would use the hotel again." (107554072)

    Warm and friendly staff. Good sized room with all the facilities.

    TV in room didn't work, but staff were very helpful and quickly had it replaced.

    Helen in the bar, front desk staff, all were very professional, attentive and friendly.

    Towels hung for re-use, but they were taken and replaced anyway. I also could have used the same bar of soap for my four nights, but it was taken after the first night (not replaced, but I used my own soap the second day), and then a new one showed up on the third day. One would have sufficed. I think you need to walk the environmental talk a bit more.

    The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. There was a variety of food at breakfast and the service was quick and efficient.

    Maybe an update in the bedrooms.

    Great food, friendly waiting staff.

    Bathroom carpet not looking to good, dont think bathrooms should have carpet.Very noisy at night and early hours of morning from peoplr below.Not sure if they were in bar or outside. This happened the three nights staying there.

    good location, clean and tidy, restaurant and bar staff very attentive, reception staff on check in reasonable

    check out receptionist appeared distracted, was not presented bill to view before payment, being a hotel receptionist myself my customer is the most important person until they depart the premise

    Spacious clean room. Good sized bathroom, power shower.New double glazed windows. Very good breakfast with extensive menu choice. Excellent sea view from room

    Checkout receptionist was poor / rude. Talking on phone without any acknowledgement for over 10 minutes.

    The Hotel is right on the Bay, my room overlooked the beach and was quite cozy, the staff were 110% helpful, as was the food. I'll stay there again some day!

    very good service from all staaf - very polite and helpful. lovely food and clean tidy hotel.

    i travelled with my grandmother who could have done with a life because of problems she has with stairs but over all, no problems at all.

    Good location, nice big room and bathroom, good food.

    No remote for TV, had to wait a while for someone to attend to me at the reception
