    Everything....I was arriving late, room light was on and everything was great!

    No wi-fi internet and my dongle could not get reception either.

    "This is a happy and relaxing place in a good situation for touring the North Yorkshire Moors." (108787951)

    Open location in a converted farmhouse - great for kids and there are games and activities outside. All rooms on the ground floor. Services and facilities are thoughtfully and generously provided.

    The "small twin-bedded room" is exactly that. The beds are at either side of the small room and there is little space for cases and just a clothes rail, not a wardrobe. An ideal room for two children.

    Steve was just great - really friendly and extremely helpful going out of his way to help us and set us up for a comfortable trip back home. This is certainly a place I would come back to, - great.

    Lovely surroundings, next time we will take "alcoholic beverages" to enjoy outside in the courtyard, as it does mean a drive out to the nearest watering hole. There is a fridge in the room. Breakfast was very nice.

    The most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in, friendly welcome, very good breakfast, great location....it has it all!

    Room well maintained and clean. Room facilities were very good nice clean sheets and towels.Duvet thick and warm. Breakfast excellent overall excellent better than some 5 star hotels we have used
