    Well laid out, good decor,

    I would prefer a bath rather than a shower and would like a bathmat and a teapot. A little expensive, but fine for a one night stay

    Very clean, receptionist was very pleasant

    We stayed at same hotel in May and it was £30 a night now it was £52. That seems a lot for a hotel with no real facillities, just a room.

    BOOKED FEBRUARY FOR JULY - STRICTLY NON SMOKING ROOMS AND SOMEONE DURING THAT LONG TIME CHANGED MY BOOKING TO SMOKING ROOMS. I COME WITH YOUNG CHILD AND MY WIFE IS PREGNANT - UNACCEPTABLE

    Fantastic that we could take our dogs into the room free of charge. Have decided to change from Travellodge to Days inn because of this. They charge and put a limit of 2 on dogs.

    Staff very nice and friendly. Room was perfect - very clean.

    Before booking i rang the hotel for more info i was never told there was nowhere to eat in the evening. When arriving at the hotel we were told about a local pub 1 mile away when we got there (about 6.30pm) it was closed so only choice of food in the evening was a chippy about 1 mile away!

    excellent facilities and well presented rooms. very pet friendly which is important as I regularly travel with my dogs. other chains charge unreasonable extra charges for dogs which this one does not.

    only problem was access from southbound carriageway not clearly signposted

    Room was spacious and clean, Small supply of drinks and biscuits provided but more available from reception, not much good at 3am!!

    Room turned out to be a disabled room, a second room booked for rest of family was not what was booked, matter sorted grudgingly by receptionist. No plug for our sink,good excuse for hubby not to shave!!

    SPACIOUS ROOM. CLEAN WELL PRESENTED.

    SPECIAL REQUEST FOR GROUND FLOOR ROOM ENDED UP ON FIRST FLOOR. COUPLES BOOKING IN BEFORE US ALL HAD DIFFICULTY GETTING ROOM TYPES ORIGINALLY REQUESTED. FROM ROOM CARD RECIEVED MY ROOM HAD CHANGED AT LEAST 4 TIMES - ORIGINALLY ON GROUND FLOOR! UNABLE TO GET BACK ON TO M6 SOUTH AS NO CARDS AVAILABLE TO CONTROL BARRIER AT SERVICE AREA ON OPPOSITE SIDE OF MOTORWAY. HAD TO TRAVEL B CLASS ROADS USING SAT NAV.

    Our stay was less than 12 hours but we were very impressed with the room and service. Everything was immaculately clean and I must congratulate you on the milk provided for the 'in room' tea and coffee. So many motels use UHT milk which is disgusting therefore I usually cannot have a hot drink during our stay.

    I think the continental breakfast could be improved with some butter for the croissant and a newspaper (The Independent or similar). Another point is that I wanted the continental breakfast but my husband wanted the cooked breakfast. I could not get a voucher for the restaurant for mine and the cooked breakfast was not available for room service so we had to eat separately. However, these probably would not deter us from staying again.
