    My son and I were up in North Wales for a family funeral. The room was really comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. Thank you.

    Lovely location. Comfort of the hotel is excellent and the food superb.

    Dinner menus are for a set number of courses, no option should you just require a main course for an evening meal.

    Good location, close to all the main attractions in snowdonia as well as Anglesey. Lovely country house with extensive gardens. Good conservatory and sitting room area.Had dinner in the restaurant which was a 5 course gourmet meal. Did'nt actually manage the pudding course as we were so full ( to much disapointment from us ) . Breakfast was also good with a wide range to choose from.The rooms were comfortable and included dressing gowns to lounge around in.

    No hot water for 1 hour

    I must say it was a very relaxing weekend , with pleasant surroundings and the staff could not do enough for you {they where great)and will be stopping again sooner the better for me. thank you from rick and maz .

    Room decor good, location very peaceful, good clean bedding.

    Bathroom had no window and smelt very musty. Patio blind was broken (hotel knew about this before hand) and it was very hot weather, and would have been useful

    Outstanding food. Excellent waiter service.

    Although advertised as a family run hotel the owners were invisible! Experience has shown us over the years that a word from the owners rounds off the stay at such an otherwise excellent hotel.

    Very good atmosphere Warm and cosy in the bitter cold outside Very friendly and first class service in the restaurant, excellent food

    Bedroom very nice and well appointed, but bed was very hard

    Hotel directions not clear and not well sign posted.
