    Nice and easy checkin, relatively small hotel, but excellent room, had an upgrade to club-room for no particular reason. Very competitive rates.

    Good price and location for where I needed to be. Nice, comfortable room (007 ... they must have took one look at me!). Bathroom a bit small though.

    TV didn't work and was told someone would be along in five minutes. Someone turned an hour later as I was getting out of the shower (though to be fair to them they did knock the door!). Breakfast staff a bit abrupt when charging for breakfast too.

    good and helpful staff , good location and clean hotel

    the hotel will not give the ame rate as the net that i have to book again and again trough the net when i was siting in the front of the reception desk area and the difference so big and almost three times the internet rate !!!!!!

    Booking and location

    Small room, no staff to be found when had no hot water, not good value for money. Room had no natural light and was extremly hot. Air con was locke dat night so had to open window which opens onto a corridor and was extremly noisey and thus got next to no sleep.

    Air conditioning was switched off at 11.00pm until 7.00am (the period when most guests need this). This was apparantly due to power surges but I suspect it was more to do with cost savings for the Hotel. The Hotel should not advertise air conditioning if this is their policy.

    Excellent location, room size was excellent (club room) and the hotel room/bathroom was the cleanest i have ever seen.For £75 it was truely excellent value.

    Only slight one - hotel sinage could be improved.

    "It was quite adequate and clean and the staff were helpful and efficient. In the room I was given, I was glad that my stay was only one night because it would have become a bit claustrophobic." (107746347)

    Hotel was clean and well located. The bed was comfortable and although tiny, the bathroom was smart newly fitted.

    The room was very small, in the basement and the only window looked out into the internal corridor. It would have been helpful to have a location map on the website (I couldn't see one).

    Modern, clean room. LCD TV. Good location.

    Room very small. Hardly enough room to open suitcase other than on bed. Very small exercise room. Upon checking out, staff tried to charge for a breakfast I didn't have.

    The staff were very helpfull and hotel was clean.

    The first room i stayed in was extremely small, i couldnt open the wardrobe door because the bed and bedside table were in the way. The shower was cold and would not heat up. I also had no remote for the TV so i could not watch it. Although after notifying the hotel staff i was upgraded to a larger room free of charge the following day.

    Very clean & efficient hotel. Great location and easy to find

    Bathroom was very small and only worked for a single person, it would have been unworkable for a couple even though it was a double room, there was nowhere to put toilet bags etc.

    facilities are nice and clean

    person doing my check in was very rude. did not get a wake up call as confirmed by the receptionist. Issues with internet access and television. signage outside is not existing which makes it difficult for both the taxi driver and myself to locate the hotel. Most hotels allow you to check in for noon or 1pm, 4pm seems a little bit late.

    The quality of the bed The location of the hotel

    When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that there was no room for me and at 8/45pm the receptionist thought it was perfectly reasonable to bump me off to another hotel. After 30 minutes, we ascertained that there was in fact a spare room I could use, but it was an awful waste of my evening and the receptionist treated me like I was a huge inconvenience.

    Hotel was spotlessly clean throughout and fairly quiet. Very comfortable bed and good size TV. Free internet in reception and rooms. Very well placed for Paddington station and two underground stations. Good selection of shops, pubs and cafes in the streets nearby.

    Room was incredibly small - probably the smallest I have ever seen and I stay in a lot of hotels around the world. Nowhere to put bags. An overweight person would have great difficulty fitting into the shower!
