  "A very nice hotel with very helpful staff." (107861110)

  Excellent Reception - very helpful. I had a problem with my suitcase on arrival and they bent over backwards to try and help me. Very nice room.

  The burger I had for lunch was very average and not really very nice.

  "The hotel was very nice though as there is no double glaszing it was very noisy. The television did not work properly and was unwatchable. The cream/milk provided with the complimentary tea and coffee had turned. This would have been a very pleasant stay except for these issues." (107255955)

  Staff on reception were friendly and very accomodating. They were extremely helpfull and pleasant.

  Breakfast the next day, though the food was good the service was poor. No toast was provided unlike the previous day and the waiter did not return to check if anything else was required. After being served we had our breakfast then left as the waiter did not re-appear.
