  "Very good, though updates in bathroom would be good." (107640485)

  Staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for quiet get away and not too far from lots of places of interest.

  Room was double booked. Toilet did not flush correctly and a light was broken in the room.

  "Very good, and my room had a very large comfortable bed, with tea and coffee making facilities. I was made to feel welcome, all the staff, even the chambermaids give me a warm and friendly greeting." (107609892)

  The staff were very friendly, when I arrived while waiting for my room I was offered a coffee which was brought to me in reception. The manageress of the restaurant was very helpful and the Sunday roast beef lunch was excellent, and indeed was very reasonably priced. I found all the staff extremely friendly and courtious. The location of the hotel was very quiet, and only a mile or so from the Derry airport, with local buses and taxis all available into Derry City. Excellent breakfast.

  "felt that this was at the lower end of the hotel chain, but what made it bearable was the people and food" (107649146)

  "Thia was by far the best hotel we have stayed in for quite a while. The room was very good and staff were so helpful and friendly. if you are in the area stay here." (107136570)

  Brilliant staff, wonderful atmosphere, fantastic food, very comfortable room.
