    Very good location

    Tired hotel with very friendly and helpful staff,clearly geared to coach parties Needs work doing on rooms and redecoration,food though plentiful was basic

    Hotel is in a very good location and we had a sea view.

    In need of redecoration. Very noisy at night. Parking rather chaotic.

    Staff excellent, very close to town, pier and shops. Has a bar too serving all drinks. Free carpark onfront and behind

    No shower, carpet old and needing a refit. Breakfast was small portions. No wireless availiable was stated on website as free.

    Not enough tea bags ( only 2 provided - 1 each) Television only had 3 channels No proper shower facilites

    staff were very nice and very helpful area was entertaining, other hotel guests pleasant and very easy to talk to and mix with they made my hol an enjoyable one

    fault with shower but they just canged our room so not an issue

    Staff friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable. Room clean and tidy.

    The room we were given unfortunately had 'work in progress' and there was a large amount of builders rubble on the floor, nails on the carpet and tools on the bed! We were quickly given another room but this was very small - should have been a single room. Only 4 channels on the T.V. Shower over the bath inadequate.

    room was untidy, rooms were not allocated as agreed, bar was not open as agreed, we did not have the correct keys and were locked out of the hotel.

    "Very much enjoyed it. would definitely stay again" (107237390)

    Staff were excellent. Guests were old, but i guess thats not ur fault! Breakfast was good.

    Bath was a bit small, my legs had to be in the air to wash my hair!

    Not really a bad point, but the TV in the room was a bit small and only four channels
