    "Welocomed by friendly member of staff (owner?), left bags in restaurant for a few hours as we were to early to check in - paid and checked in when we returned a few hours later. Again, friendly and helpful contact with staff... Room was warm and clean, not much room but adequate for our purposes - I mean, why go to London and spend all of your time in the hotel?!? After checking out, left luggage again in restaurant, cost 5 pounds, cheaper than anywhere else I can think of. Didn't try breakfast so can't comment. " (108778638)

    Friendly staff, clean, relatively quiet. TV in room and en-suite shower, sink and toilet - all well maintained and clean. Also, safe and (working) fridge and kettle with tea, coffee and milk in room. Location is absolutely superb - 3 minutes walk to Olympia Tube, bus stop (to Sheperd's Bush) outside hotel and within walking distance (4 minutes) is bus to Kensington High Street (5 minutes travel time) and Notting Hill (17 minute bus journey). Price was also very good - especially when location is taken into account... BT Openworld WiFi available.

    Small room but still okay, not worse than expected - have stayed in smaller/worse rooms...

    Convenient for Olympia

    'wet-room' bathrooms horribly impractical. Breakfast not worth the effort

    "I did not spend much time in the hotel so the "bad points" were not much of an issue with me.I never asked for bulbs to be fitted or whether there was a tv handset available." (108926521)

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to both underground and bus routes.

    Room was small,television was difficult to reach-no remote handset and above wardrobe,some bulbs not working in light fittings and the optional wi-fi did not work in my room; had to use it in basement dining area.

    No parking facilities and receptionist unable to supply information regarding alternatives. On checking in, receptionist unable to tear himself away from his computer to give full attention. Room very small and far too warm.

    Nice and close to shepherds bush shopping and trains also a mall just a 5min walk down the street

    Extremely small rooms and bathrooms(cruise ship style) front desk guy put us in a room with people already there then didnt give us a discount or anything no smoking but smells like cigs inside and three flights of stairs to our room!!

    Front of house was very helpful with directions/parking (which is free after 1.30 on a Saturday upto Monday at 8.30)/allowing us to leave our bags somewhere safe before we checked in and also getting us a bottle opener. The room was very clean, but compact. There was good bus links with a bus stop almost outside of the hotel. The Sheppards Bush Tube Station and the new shopping centre was a 15 minute walk away. Hotel was open 24 hours with no limits of when to be back.

    The room was very small with not much room to move around-but this was ok for just one night and if you just to use the room as a base just to sleep-I would not chose to stay if I was to stay for a long weekend-or if I wanted to spend time in the roon. There was no window meaning that there was no natural light at all.

    This hotel is wonderfully located for the money. The staff is personable and very helpful. The hotel is kept very clean, the breakfast room was spotless. Clean hotels, with helpful staff at this price point and location are few and far between. I have already mentioned this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

    Things happen... unfortunately the air conditioning/heating operated only intermittently. The staff made attempts to fix, but no joy. I was moved to another room on my last night.

    Very quiet, very clean. Although room was very small, it contained 'fridge, safe,tea and coffee making with plenty of tea, coffee and sugar provided with milk in 'fridge. Also had a hairdryer - everything very compact.

    Beds and room would not have suited tall people.

    the room was too small, very small, impossible to move between the bed and the wall. Idem for bathroom, shower was going with water on the toilet and the lavabo was too small

    Clean, Adequate Continental Breakfast. Friendly chambermaids Breakfast Room & Chamber Staff.

    Rude arrogant and unhelpful receptionist 1 of 3. No smoking in hotel, however receptionist opened front door, stood at entrance and smoked, ensuring that the smoke blew into the hotel lobby & upstairs. Internet and cell phones do not work in rear part of hotel on ground floor. Telephone system not working in rooms. Rooms very very small. Damp & Mold in some rooms.

    Clean and warm.

    Room very small but then it was very cheap. Continental breakfast very basic - cornflakes and toast - but then it was free and cooked breakfast was available for £5.

    Reception Staff where very polite and friendly, but the hotel spaces are very very limited and overcrowded.

    Room was far too small for a double especially for a couple with child. We requested a baby cot which implied that we have a baby but the request was ignored and our request for a larger room was ignored and dismissed with a full occupancyu justification. The room was the size of a single room and there was not space to move, no space to leave the pushchair etc. Safety would have been very much in jeopardy should there have been need for evacuation.

    newly refurbished hotel; clean and spatious en-suite room with big shower; new carpet (soft); no cigarette smell; nice and helpful staff; towels changed daily; shower gel, soap and shampoo provided; good breakfast; flat-screen tv, fan, hairdryer, safe and small fridge inside the room; could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out at no extra charge

    we discovered why we had a fan provided in the room - the room was quite hot during the day (well, it was an exceptionally hot weekend, though) but I'm sure it will be perfect for the rest of the year; no lift

    easy to book, clean and tidy room, large cosy bed, good location

    breakfast area a bit cramped, a couple times somebody crashed into my room without knocking only to say sorry and back out.
