  "rather dissapointing.when fire alarm went off there was no evacuation and i had to tell them how to reset alarm system in the end. glad it was not a real emergency." (108388882)

  bed very comfortable, breakfast tasty even if we did have to make our own toast.

  shower broken, used plyers to get hot water, rooms ,stairs, corridors dirty, and pillows had an unpleasant smell. dissapointing for the price.

  "Out of season stay so maybe not surprising that there was nobody about. I was a bit concerned however what might have happened in an emergency..." (107399342)

  Nice welcome when i arrived. Room had a nice view of the front. Everything was basic but in working order.

  No one around; the woman serving breakfast did not hear the 2nd guest arrive and so he did not get a hot drink or cooked breakfast. Not very nice sheets on the bed.

  "The hotel is a bit old fashioned and the furniture is coming to the end of its life. We thought the price was a bit expensive for what we got." (107828849)

  The hoel was very welcoming but a little bit dated

  This is not for the hotel but for the booking agents, when we booked we thought that the costs had been taken from out debit card only to find when we arrived at the botel we have to pay, you did not tell us this on the booking or it was not made more aware. I think you should put this information in block capitals on the front of the booking to avoid embaresment.

  "I hated staying in Rhyl (depressing town) and the hotel was poor." (107502512)

  Our room had a view of the sea front. Beds were comfortable.

  The hotel is rundown and not well maintained. The rooms need updating. The caretaker told us that the police often visited the hotel right next door!

  bed linen hadn't been changed between guests, bathroom was not clean, didn't dare try breakfast
