  Convenience

  Shower unit inadequate heat and water flow. Unit would not go on to high setting. The advertising pack states that multiple TV chanels are available - there were only 5 - which hardly constitutes multiple.

  1. Wireless internet 2. Gym

  1. Rooms too small 2. Breakfast not available until 07:30. Not everyone staying at Beeches is starting the in-house training at 9:00am. Some of us have to get to our work and would appreciate having a decent breakfast - not just a token cornflakes in the bar. 3. Need to find a system where the hotel bill can be seperated from the food & drinks bill when requiring a receipt. In business, we can only offset the cost of B&B against tax - NOT any lunch or drinks.

  "Good hotel in general with nice staff. The actual room was poor, mainly for noise. Good value for money, ok for somewhere to stay overnight, not a long term prospect." (107992626)

  Single room very small No iron in room, trouser press was but who uses these things Noisey room with respect to corridor & adjacent rooms dated doors and locks to the room TV too high in the room

  Staff was helpful.

  (1) It would have been nice if a map of the area was available within the hotel... one I could keep that is. (2) When the coffee provided in sachets in the room were exhausted, I didn't get any new ones.
