  the room was large with adequate amount of beds

  the carpet wasnt properly hoovered so there was bits behind the beds, cabinets etc, the linen although clean was stained and also had a cigarette hole in one of the duvet covers, the sink in the bathroom leaked terribly we couldnt turn on the tap without the water pouring through the waste pipe onto the bathroom floor and there was no bath or sink plugs, there was a large crack in the shower tray, there was no plug by the kettle facilities so we had to use a plug next to bathroom on floor to use the kettle, not good when you have 2 small children,the floor in the bathroom was not finished there was lip as you stepped from the main room bit into the bathroom area my husband tripped on this more than once

  near to hounslow west rail station which is good for heathrow airport.

  It really was the worst hetel that i have ever stayed, the rooms were dirty and very bad painting and insect were flying in room 22.

  "stay was ok and very handy for public transport " (107944251)

  room was clean and good size

  smell of curry cooking was over-powering my girlfriend was feeling bit sick with the very strong smell. The organisation of breakfast was not really exceptable.

  The man on the front desk when we arrived

  NO hot Water in tap No water at all in the shower. Generaly poor

  "If you are looking just for somewhere to put your head down for the night this is perfect - not the cheapest hotel to stay in even though theres nothing extra special about it." (107296911)

  Quite central to local amenities (i.e tube station a 2 minute walk way), off road parking available.

  No tea making facilities, very poor lighting in bathroom, decoration could have been better, altough staff were friendly they weren't very helpful and could have done with another pillow!
