Room was very spacious, catered for all of the family. Very clean and neat. Breakfast was of a high quality with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel had the potential to be really nice.
The stair carpet was dirty, there was a dead fly on the window sill which wasn't removed when the room was cleaned, the floor was uneven and the carpet was dirty in our room, the glasses were dirty, the kettle worked intermittently, the soap disappeared after the room was cleaned, the towels were frayed and we had to share a hand towel which made hair washing difficult, the room was noisy and we could quite clearly hear other guests, somebody tried to enter our room, the tea cup at breakfast was chipped and there were bits in the sugar bowl.

we wish we had been able to stay the two nights but we understand you close on boxing night but we enjoyed out stay so much we will be back.

"WE HAD A LOVELY STAY HERE THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD, AND THE SERVICE EXCELLENT" (107175608)
THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THE LOCATION WAS NICE AND NEAR TO THE TOWN
tHE ONLY THING I WOULD LIKE TO SAY IS THE WINDOW WAS OPPOSITE THE BATHROOM DOOR, AND OVERLOOKED THE CARPARK, SO I THINK A BLIND OR NET CURTAIN WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD IDEA, INSTEAD OF HAVING TO PULL THE MAIN CURTAINS ALL THE TIME

"Overall what was going to be a special 50th birthday night away for my husband was not speial at all.Narbeth is a beautiful town with lovely people,but in future we will stay in the Atlantic Hotel in Tenby and travel by car to the town. I reccommend The Carreg restaurant in Narbeth, the staff were fabulous & food amazing" (108861428)
location within walking distance of shops, large car park, breakfast good though had to share a table with other guests
Small room (no.1) felt quite cramped, no bath only shower, no coat hooks (only in wardrobe) room was cold when we arrived, very drafty as window was broken. Only one tea bag & 2 milk sachets, thin duvet & bed too firm. Lounge/bar area poor with tatty uncomfortable furniture, not a place you felt you could relax neede to feel cosier with warmer lighting , soft music comfy armchairs & cushions, bar prices too high & staff could smile a bit more,I thought the evening meal prices were high and perhaps the hotel could offer a special set menu price for residents.
