"A fabulous hotel that we would definitely recommend and return to" (107471647)
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough for us. The hotel itself was lovely really well maintained very clean and we were thrilled to have chosen it.
On the second night we were moved to another room and we ended up above the kitchen which was quite noisy when the fan was working and smelt of cooking

"it was comfortable, close to the Cathedral and a good base,the breakfasts were excellant, and the evening meals presented a good choice, quantity and presentation were very good " (107736982)
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable, the water hot, I would have had better a rate if I had booked direct with the Hotel as they do special rates which were not shown when I booked via the net
my only fault is the positioning of the toilet roll holder in the bathroom, it was placed in a very awkward position, I did not discuss this with the staff, my fault.
