    Staff were very friendly & helpful

    The staff were exremely helpful and cheerful. The breakfast facilities and food were of the highest order.

    Unable to turn off bathroom tap but contact with the main desk resulted in an immediate response and a satisfactory resolution. Did overhear French guests not being sure of the proceedure at the breakfast bar.

    "Reasonable, but £105 was slightly too high for one night with breaksfast, considering the standard of the breakfast, and less than top notch decorative order of the room." (107659389)

    Good position, quiet room. Good leisure pool. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable.

    Decoration of room was a little 'tired'. Room was over heated. Balcony door was not secure. Breakfast was limited in choice. coffee served was tepid.

    Very friendly and supportive staff at the hotel. They helped and did their best to answer our questions every time. We really felt welcomed.

    A special request made with the online reservation was not communicated to the hotel administration and was a surprise to them when we arrived. They solved the the situation in minutes and we enjoyed our stay.

    very clean and spacious room. Good quality food.

    hotel was going through refurbishment - it was no problem but meant it was not as its very best. No instructions on arriving by train - I tried to walk to the hotel from the station - a serious mistake!

    We stayed as I had arranged a surprise 95th Birthday Party for my Father. We found all members of staff to be most helpful and couldn't do enough to help us. The food was great on the evening of the party and the breakfast was wonderful. We has my son's wedding reception at the Bexleyheath Marriott enjoyed it so much we decided to do my Dad's partry there. Would reccomend it to others.

    No bad points.

    restaurant menu, limited choice of "1970,s" food. disappointing for a supposed 4star hotel
