Hotel great - staff great - food best you could ask for and what a price.

"We had stayed the two previous night in the excellent Atlantic Towers Thistle Hotel in Liverpool, we biggest regret was not staying in Southport for the whole three nights at the superb Vincent Hotel. We will definately return, only next time with our friends. We are from York so we know what tourists expect, especially as we have been in the catering & hospitality business for more than 35 years both in the UK & Spain. " (107967089)

The hotel & its catering facilities were of five star quality. Whist accepting the newness of the hotel nothing can detract from its overall performance as on e of the countries top boutique hostaleries.

Not a bad point just an observation. The Magimix heater for hot water is not very practical. A kettle would be much more effcient.

"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. After an inital problem witht he booking the manager of the hotel did his utmost to help us and make our stay a pleasant one, which he did. The hotel is wonderful and the rooms are lovely. We were made to feel very welcome by every member of staff we encountered. The food in the restaurant is excellent and we will definately visit again. The homemade baked beans are to die for!!!!" (107904166)

Excellent hotel, room was great, staff very helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant was excellent.

Problem with initial booking but was happily resolved by manager.
