    "Almost there, could do with more staff at peak times, must get proper tea pot for breakfast." (107432094)

    Clean, lovely bathroom(only toiletries was a large soap dispenser!), close to main centre

    Breakfast although cooked fresh was cramped, tea & coffee was out of a machine, dining area was shared with the open kitchen area. Website says check-in from 1300, we were told 1400 on arrival. Our room at front-woken by bin men on tuesday morning, and by compressor on delivery van on the wednesday. On going for breakfast the delivery was stacked in the hallway. Returning to hotel on first night greeted by pile of laundry bags in hall outside our room, which remained there till morning.

    "Breakfast was adequate. Potatoes were frozen variety and coffee came from a machine. Both tasted like processed food. Eggs, sausage, were prepared fresh. Leaky, non-functional room heating was repaired within 2 hours of reporting it." (107995164)

    Room was clean. Staff was responsive.

    Parking was stated as "unavailable" on line. Parking was available using a daily, low-cost tag left in the car. This was sold by the hotel but was not a hotel service, rather, it was a City Of Glasgow service.

    Friendliness of the staff. Great condition of hotel. Location to SECC and City Centre.

    Excellent value for money. Hotel in a lovely area about 20 minutes walk to downtown. Room was very comfortable and bathroom lovely. Hotel is new so everything still works well and looks clean and crisp. Breakfast very good although a mixture of buffet but the cooked breakfast was ordered and made fresh. Beds very comfortable.Staff helpful. A lovely experience.

    The building is old and has been adapted so the rooms are various shapes and sizes. Our room was quite narrow but that did not annoy us but might not suit everyone expecting too much for their money.

    clean and friendly hotel.Near to restaurants etc and a 20 minute walk to the SECC. The reception staff were helpful

    No literature in the room about the area Nothing to say what time breakfast was available or what time the restaurant or bar shut. On arriving back about 23.00hrs the reception and bar were locked up The safe was unable to be used as it could not be locked and staff were unable to correct the settings (she did try) and there was a light out (not major issue)

    Staff friendly and helpful. Good sized room, very clean and tidy. Modern decor. Extremely good value for money. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again.

    Walls a bit thin, sound transmitted through.

    "Excellent" (107753955)

    Staff very friendly communal areas and room very clean, location close to city centre but in quiet area so a good location for business traveller. Excellent value for money, good quality breakfast and excellent service all round. Free Wifi!

    Only bad point was no designated parking but reasonable pay and display on the same road as hotel.

    Friendly staff, well maintained hotel. Great that WIFI was not only available but free!

    No lift and it was a lot of stairs to the top floor!! It would have been nice to get an evening meal in the hotel, I was on my own and I did not really want to go somewhere else.

    good location only short walk from the main street free parking sat and sunday nice rooms great staff

    noisy neibours poor sound proofing through walls and windows but on a quiet street not to botherd about that one

    facilities and decor of hotel excellent

    the walls are so thin I could hear "EVERYTHING". I hardly had any sleep due to the noise from other people in the rooms next to me.
