  Location of hotel was fairly near the tube station and other faciltites nearby

  When I checked inot the hotel, I had to wait a long time whilst they were checking my booking.I needed an extra bed and they offered to upgrade me to a family suite afor another 103.50pounds. They then charged me 724.50 for the 3 nights stay.I realised later that they had overcharged me by 10 pounds because the original booking was 611 pounds. When I queried them the next day,I had to go through 2 other staff before they refunded me 10 pounds overcharge. I hope I have not been billed twice ie once by my initial booking through your website and then by the Grange Holborn hotel.

  "Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The Internet showed a twin room with two double beds which is actually an upgrade to the standard single beds but this was not apparent so I had to upgrade on arrival. " (107825248)

  "It was close to the underground station and the hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. Costly for the area of London." (107495630)

  Staff were very friendly and prompt

  Room was noisy being on the main road at a junction. I think if two people had been in the room there would have been a lack of space around the bed area as it was a funny shaped room.
