Regarding the booking online, it was very easy and useful. The hotel staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful.
Regarding the booking online, we were not sure that the hotel were actually expecting us when we got there (but they very quickly found us a nice room). I would book online again, but would phone the hotel as well. We would have liked details of how to get to the hotel (not everybody has a sat nav); and we would have liked distances to be shown by road not as the crow flies.

Friendly management, excellent breakfast, large room
Slow service at dinner, no chair in the room, no remote for TV, security light shining through the frosted glass panels of the door throughout the night.
