  "We were a bit disappointed as the stay as a whole could have been very nice with a bit more effort, and it was annoying to be charged more than advertised for the parking. However we would consider staying there again in summer, for the air conditioning and the convenient location." (107316670)

  Room was nicely furnished. Air conditioning worked well, which was appreciated as our visit was during the 'heat wave'.

  Blinds didn't block any light so we had to buy eye masks to sleep past 5 a.m. Room (floor and cutlery / crockery) wasn't very clean. Discovered when leaving that parking cost £20 per night not £10 as shown on the website, and we had to haggle to get it down to £15. Wifi signal wasn't strong enough. Not enough glasses. No instructions for the oven and all the switches on the walls - we couldn't turn the heated towel rail off, which was ridiculous when we had the air-con on!

  "I have to be honest i was very stressed and clouded by the toilet and the parking, when I booked on line I specifically chose this hotel because it said there was parking, but the next door car park was not opperating and as it is on a red route we had to get up and leave by 7 a.m. We had chosen this hotel for a lie in because it was check out at 12. If I had known there were no windows I would also have thought twice for £75 - it was I agree a lovely room with an ensuite and kitchen which all were super but I would not have paid this had I realised this information."   Extreemly clean, well presented, good size bed. Close to where we wanted to be and quick to get to main routes. large rooms and easy to find. Check out is 12. Lovely fresh linen and clean new decore

  no parking avaliable on the days we were there, the toilet was a maserator and blocked despite folowing the instructions - a closed lidded bin for all toilet paper would be advisable to aviod this happening again, the room had no windows and we did not realise this from the internet information, we could not get in when we arrived and had to call on the phone. Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel and we were 2 people.

  "The stay had its good points, and its bad, the main issue was trying to find the parking which wasn't the hotels fault but if they had just answered the phone sooner the stay would have been more enjoyable, it meant we had to rush to our tour we had booked, which meant we couldn't eat, or drink, which meant my other half had a headache on the tour... so, my advise; man your reception or even divert the calls to a mobile you have with you. For those of you who plan to stay here and park; the parking is behind the car wash/ garage, drive into the car wash and ask somebody" (107629903)

  Room was very nice, I loved the shower, it was huge. Good layout and design. If I could have fit the duvet in my suitcase I would have kept it, it was very lovely! The lamp was a touch on/ off lamp, with 3 different light settings which I liked.

  The stated parking was difficult to find and not owned by the hotel (it was a bit dodgy looking), and when I tried to call the hotel at around 11:00 there was no answer for about an hour, we just kept driving round and round as you couldn't stop anywhere unless you were a bus or a parking permit holder. The room could have done with tea/ coffee although the shops are close by, I needed a cuppa after our parking search! Also, the hotel called me to ask when we would be checking in which was a bit annoying; I'd be checking in between 14:00 & 18:00 as they were the checking in times! And, after I'd spent so long trying to call them earlier I couldn't help but think 'Are you taking the mick!?'

  "A poor area, the place was easy ti find as it was probabnly the only new door around the area. Marked as 5 stars on the net. It didn't live up to 5. I would have rated it at 2-3 stars at the most. I would have expected somewhere for this price to have an excellent finish but it didn't. Some of the apartment was excellent but then let down by really bad finish. " (107528192)

  The room was very clean and modern.

  Water wasn't hot on the Saturday morning. Finish on bathroom was poor, a wooden beading around the bottom of the tiles badly painted, The felt tip marks were still there from fitting the shower screen. The area was not good. Towels were small. No milk, too little tea/coffee. For the price it should have been much better. Definately not 5 star quality!!! Not a big room and poorly layed out.

  "Would staff again but only if rooms has good sized windows , with natural light" (107968023)

  Clean, modern, Tidy, excellent facilities, Very helpful and friendly staff.

  ver loud music coming form the above room. First room had no windows requested to be moved which we did, Moved to another room with very small window but very little light. Kettle was broken, Kept awake with very loud music from the above room.

  Location was a bit out of the way. During the day this was fine as only a short walk from Finsbury Park station, but a bit difficult in the early hours of the morning
