    "hotel served it's purpose as going to concert at wembley and o.k value for money but not recommended if you want good accommodation" (107899312)

    cheap b&b which is fine to stay for as a place to have a roof over your head

    not very clean, rooms very basic, breakfast is anemic toast served in kebab house

    Near to mainline station. Only one stop from Piccadilly tube station

    Bathroom dirty, beds uncomfortable, situated on very busy road so very noisy. Breakfast was poor squash and toast

    Staff were friendly bed was clean

    inadequate shower curtain and window dressing werent sufficent to keep out light or even for privacy No bedside light and no shade over main bulb washing facilities too cramped and too small noisy night and very shabby surroundings Actually didnt feel secure in the room

    "Nice hotel. Nice location. Price is super for spending 3 days or more in this hotel. It takes like 20 minutes to arrive to the center city. Acton district is quite nice as well. You have to be flexible but I think is quite good for young people." (107596815)

    It is a nice hotel. Location is quite good. In the night you can reach the hotel by night bus N11. The district is really nice and you can spend the evening in Acton if you arrive late in the afternoon and you are tired. Clean towels provided every morning. You can access the hotel when you prefer because you have your own key for the main door and your room. Room Nr. 6 is pretty nice. If you are young and you want to save money, it is the right hotel. Breakfast is quite good. We arrived late and no problem at all!

    Room Nr. 6: Bedroom is small quite nice. The bathroom (in the room) is small but really nice and enough for its purpose. From 1 to 6, clean is 4,5. Maybe they should give the possibility to have breakfast till 10 am. We just got it the first morning and the other 3 days we woke up too late for it.

    Un accueil extrêmement agréable. Un service à tout épreuve, merci à Ismaël de nous avoir accompagnés à la gare ! Le prix est également un plus : le petit déjeuner est inclus dans le prix. Impossible de faire moins cher.

    "Clean and near to tube station. Just need to sort out things like the heating and lower the hight of the tv and will be fine." (107506773)

    very reasonable price, and very near to where i needed to be for early starts.

    heating was not working so very cold at night, also had flat screen tv in room, attached to wall, but it had been fixed to high, so could not see the LCD screen very well unless we stood on top of our beds. need to lower them.

    "The hotel is very basic. It`s a family hotel, with few facilities. The room is not very good. The hotel is situated in a residential area far from the centre and from the underground (it takes about 1 hour by bus and underground to get to the centre of London). But it has got a bus (24 hours) stop in front of the hotel. " (107730240)

    "The room was okay I suppose. Not at all what I thought it would be, it was also extremely dirty and I did not feel comfortable in my room. There was no lock on the door. " (107923369)

    People were really nice, very friendly.

    The room was awful. The door looked like it had been broken into, and the lock did not work properly. I don't know what the other rooms looked like, but it was not for our money's worth.

    "Before reviewing the hotel itself, it's important to note that even though you can check in here until midnight, you need to tell the hotel in advance if you'll be showing up particularly late, or there won't be anyone around to check you in. There is a phone number for such situations on the front door of the hotel, but it's obviously preferable to call them before you're due to arrive and let them know. This hotel was easy to find, with a lit sign outside (though it was a slightly longer walk from North Acton tube station than the directions suggest) and, while it's unsurprisingly not in the absolute best of areas, it's situated on the busy and well-lit A4000 so we didn't feel at all unsafe walking back at night. Once you've checked in you get a front door key as well as your room key, so you can return to the hotel at whatever time you wish without having to worry about being unable to get in. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and enthusiastic and made sure to explain all the details about the place to us. The room (a double) was fairly small; we just wanted someone to sleep after a concert so this wasn't a problem, but it would probably feel a little cramped if you planned on spending a large amount of time in the hotel. The cleanliness was good and everything seemed to have been well looked after. The bathroom, again, was small but acceptable, though there was a nasty drainage smell which made it unpleasant to be in there for too long; fortunately this couldn't be smelt in the bedroom when the bathroom door was closed. The double-bed was comfortable, with good pillows, and we had a peaceful night. We were awoken early by someone walking around in the room above us; this was the only problem we had with noise from other customers but you may want to bring earplugs if you want to guarantee an uninterrupted sleep. We didn't go for the included breakfast so can't comment on that except to say that it involves going next door to a café which apparently has a deal with the hotel. All in all, I felt that this hotel was good value for money. We were concerned that, for the price, we'd be sleeping somewhere run-down and dingy; instead, we got a clean and bright place to stay where the only disadvantage was the size of the room. Especially recommended if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep, and good for budget travellers." (107630830)
