  Nice clean friendly hotel. Good food, well appointed

  "As someone with work to complete within a limited timescale, the rooms met my needs well." (108530771)

  Clean, spotless, well-appointed rooms, prompt room service, friendly courteous staff. Aircon a plus.

  Car parking a little 'cramped'. 'Executive suite' somewhat smaller than I expected. Wi-fi only in public area. Seat at desk uncomfortable for working over long period (4 hours) - spoiled an otherwise very comforatble room.

  "This hotel was a real find - very good value for money. Neath may not be the most exotic place to stay, but there is so much to do within easy driving distance." (107843259)

  Decor of hotel, helpful and friendly staff, room size and facilities, comfort, bathroom, restaurant - very good breakfast, location.

  Parking not sufficient for guests and it wasn't clear where we could park nearby. If they can't improve guest parking, they just need to give a map of where to find the nearest car park.

  When i booked online with my debt card I assumed I had payed. But when checking out I was charged, and told that the online booking does not take payment. This has been the first time I have encountered this and it is confussiing when treying to budget.

  "Very good hotel, except the all-inclusive continental breakfast." (107335770)

  The room and entire hotel was very good. The restaurant was very well designed.

  The free continental breakfast looked to be little more than bird seed and water. The charge for a cooked breakfast was ten pounds. Therefore, I did not bother with the continental breakfast, and paid four pounds for a cooked breakfast in the local cafe, two minutes walk away.

  "Excellent - would recommend without hesitation, that anyone looking for accommodation in or around Neath should stay at the Blue Bell Hotel." (107957652)

  Very comfortable, clean room of good size. Had a feeling of luxury about it, yet was a standard room. Is ideally istuated in the town centre and very good value. Was a good £10 cheaper than the Express Holiday Inn nearby, and also included continental breakfast.

  Despite my asking about it, the member of staff on duty at reception seemed reluctant to let me park in the secure underground car park, instead suggesting I parked in the small open car park immediately adjacent. (I was a late arrival at night.) With two other cars already in this very small car park it was difficult to manoeuvre into the only space available.
