    "This was just an overnight stay of convenience, I had a nice comfortable room all equipment worked and was well placed. Staff were friendly and effecient. Check in / out was very smooth but there is room for improvement in the system. The continental breakfast was superb." (108804733)

    Clean, Quiet and well equiped.

    I really did not see anything to complain about. I would have prefered my en suite to have a bath, but that is a minor detail as the shower was massive and easy to use.

    The hotel was immaculatley clean with plenty of supplies ie: toiletres etc. Service and food excellent. Excellent value for money.Will highly recommend hotel.

    Room size somewhat inadequate for family with older children. Sof bed very uncomfortable.

    nice foyer and reception area - good layout of hotel - very nice staff.

    as a special dietary needs person there was not enough variety of fruit for me. Orange and grapefruit are both very acid,it would have been nice to have prunes or fresh fruit.

    Modern and spacious inside the hotel, beautifully presented as you walk in. Helpful staff.

    Abit more expensive than other hotels, the room was nice but abit basic.

    When booking online, I specified that we would have two children, needed a cot for the one. I phoned to confirm this and no-one had a clue that there where even any children.

    The breakfast facilities - space on servery was good and we were not crowded out. Unlike other such hotels the tables were cleared by staff and there was no self clear arrangements.

    Our rooms were not as booked and the original confirmation / receipt was for the wrong night! Rooms had been booked through Active - two family and one twin - but one twin and two doubles had been arranged. I found the receptionist rather condescending - telling me how to book properly on the internet. I may be a middle aged lady but I actually teach ICT and can design, never mind fill in, such a form! I have never had problems with wrongly made bookings in the past.

    very clean, quiet felt like I was the only person staying at the hotel until i turned up for breakfast and saw lots of people. excellent power shower, comfortable bed nice crisp bedding. large desk space, in the middle of beautiful countryside. nice pub opposite serving food.didnt eat there but nice drinks. free newspapers to read in the lobby. and while having breakfast. epsom 10 min drive. free ice machine in reception.
