  "A poor hotel with far more bad points than good. In fact it was that bad we decided to leave the hotel at 0630 hours & found we were locked in (yale lock & mortice lock) on the front door & both bar doors locked as well. We had to leave by an emergency exit at the rear of the Hotel." (107857104)

  Politeness/friendliness of staff, food was adequate.

  No hot water for showers, cable hanging down from wardrobe showing wires, cobwebs in the window sill of the room, a noisy machine (possibly tumble dryer) was switched on at 2300 hours, a dog, which was in a neighbours garden constantly barked between 2230 & 0000 hours, breakfast was served between 0800 & 0900 hours, we had to leave at 0730 hours no alternative breakfast was offered or money off the bill.

  The staff were very friendly and accomadating.

  Traffic on the road, very loud but our room was facing the road

  The hotel seems to be a family run business, and we were made to feel very much at home. The staff were extremely friendly and were quick to help us when a problem arose. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at if you are ever in the area.

  I required an early breakfast as I had to catch a ferry to Belfast at 07.10. Breakfast was served at 05.30 promptly. returning the same evening from Belfast I booked a room by phone from the ferry shortly before 19.15, I was offered an evening meal for when I arrived. The ferry didn't arrive until 22.15. I arrived at the hotel at 22.30 and 5 minutes later my meal was served. You can't ask for better service. I will definitely stay there again. Clean, friendly, quiet and everything worked.
