    Extremely clean. Interior of rooms in excellent condition. Very secure with use of cards in the lift to access rooms. Good value with half-price offer.

    Not really a bad point but not enough information in the room on pay to view television service.

    Reception are nice and cheerful

    Air conditioner was making terrible noice, cant sleep. Took almost 2hrs for room to get warm. it was a freezing room. No room service, requested for dental kit, was asked to comedown to reception myself to get it. Breakfast too few to select

    "I found that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in Britain. As it was only five minutes from my son's house, I will certainly use this hotel in the future. Facilities, cleanliness and food were excellent. Ideal spot, as it is central for surrounding sighseeing area." (107862130)
