  "A bit disappointing, but we were there mostly to sleep so it worked out. Our room, for what we got, was way too expensive. " (108998646)

  The staff was helpful in giving us directions to the restaurants, bars and beaches.

  We tried to check in on time, but the room wasn't ready so we left for an hour. We had a superior double room, which was just adequate. We should have just booked a regular room though as there was nothing special about the one we had. The price was way too high for what we got, and we've stayed at a lot of UK hotels this summer. We couldn't get the waitstaff to bring us coffee at breakfast and some of the food was gone and not replaced even though there were still a lot of people there and time left to eat. The reception desk was always packed with people. We asked one girl to make a reservation for us, she said she'd call us to confirm, but never did. When we called back, no one knew who it was who we had talked to and we had no reservations. Someone did call then though, so it worked out. I can't believe you needed to borrow a cord from reception to get the Internet to work.

  "poor .will not be staying there again" (107702515)

  hotel clean ,some staff were very nice,e.g non national and one lady at breakfast

  room not ready at check in.waiting one and a half hours ,some staff not very frendly.first nite there ,other guests woke us up by ringing room and saying all sorts of rubish.my 74 year old mother got a bad fright.food not great,dinner was cold

  checking in and out was very easy. the receptionist was very good at her job.

  thought for 1 overnight was a bit expensive.

  "Very comfortable and pleasant stay." (107440647)

  Comfortable room, clean, excellent breakfast and service, good car parking.

  None although had to ask for heating to be turned on. Perhaps slightly pricey.

  super fast check in

  Very cold bar/ dinning room very difficult to book online - the main Best Western site did not seem to know of the Hotel. Booked through hotel booking agency.

  "We only stayed 2 nights in Portrush,we were able to visit the local sights and were advised on the easier routes to travel by the staff.The weather wasn't all that nice it rained heavily but the hotel was a comfort to come back too and I would stay there again." (107707725)

  The Staff at the hotel were very helpful and went out of their way to accomodate us.I was travelling with my 16 year old Grandson who hadn't been to Ireland before and he was very impressed with the hotel and staff.
