    the staff were very good and they were very helpful. the room was lovely and clean and so was the bathroom. the only thing i felt was missing was a bar and dining room

    i really feel that your staff really emphasise to all guests that it is a no smoking hotel and that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. in the two nights i stayed there i was woken twice on the friday night and once on the saturday with the smoke detectors going off. this really didn't give me a good nights sleep on either night.

    Excellent Staff, Nice breakfast Comfy bed and spacious (double) room

    Previously forewarned about room 207!! It's the only dowmside to the whole hotel.

    "Overall I was impressed with the hotel. I regard the points made about the bathroom as minor but they should be looked at as they do contribute to the overall experience." (108366189)

    hotel and room were clean and well presented. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. As good as I`d hoped.

    The only downside to my stay was the bathroom facility in one of the rooms. The toilet made a terrible noise when flushing which was audible to my daughters in the next room and it went on for sometime. Also the shower head desperately needed descaling so it could work properly.

    Clean and roomy bedroom. Continental breakfast is superb and great value for money.

    Noise from street - Saturday night late-night revellers and general traffic noise.

    when the bar shut the staff were clearing up at the end of the night and you could here all the beer bottles smashing early hours of the morning.

    "We complained when we arrived because our room was very noisy. We were told that the hotel was full but that we could change rooms for our 2nd night which we did.The 2nd room was much quieter." (107454168)

    Nice clean room, with flat screen TV and good size bed

    Toilet didn't flush, not just in my room, but also my friends room. This was reported, but still didn't work. Breakfast only available as a tray delivered to your room.

    good staff high standard room appearance and space.

    No room to room phone, Radiators weren't on and it was cold. Shaver point and bathroom mirror light had no power.
