"Overall the Bed and Breakfast was adequate but I would not stay there in the future." (108806725)
Breakfast was very good along with lots of secure parking. Also the location was excellent for exploring the West Coastal towns and Snowdonia.
Attitude of Staff was sometimes rude and unhelpful. The place was also starting to look a little run down and untidey.

Food excellent
Paid £10 extra for Jacuzzi room to a higher spec but in our view still quite basic. Jacuzzi bath very small, and uncomfortable!

Laid back, courteous and efficient. Beautifully equipped,clean and in beautiful countryside.
I'd have preferred the option of an upfront 'Full English Breakfast' without the inhibiting factor of appearing greedy ie being asked whether I'd like...followed by a list of options. Everyone in the group chose modestly two or three items from the list because none of us felt 'cheeky' enough to ask for everything. For me the perfect option would be the 'Full Monty' with guests opting out of what they didn't want, instead of having to opt in. This is meant as a constructive comment because otherwise I have nothing but praise for the hotel.

"From the friendliness of the staff to the accommodation and restaurant facilities and with more than adequate parking and a quiet, peaceful location with views over the surrounding countryside, this was an excellent place to stay." (107494226)
The overall level of accommodation and equipment of the room was excellent. The restaurant facilities and the quality and choice of food both in the evening and for breakfast could not be faulted.

"A pleasant stay, with nice staff and a great menu, with brilliant food. Presentation of the hotel may need a little updating, but overall a really nice stay! " (107490852)
Food was amazing, and fairly well priced! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the setting and location were great, the access was easy, ample parking, the room was well equipped too.
The view from our room over looked a messy storage area at the back of hotel. The receptionist wasn't particularly as tidy as you'd expect in a 4-star hotel. Some aspects of the hotel were in disrepair (sign)etc.

"It was a pleasant one night's stay" (107681351)
Friendly, Warm & Cosy,Excellent Breakfast,
No hot water in sink but did point it out on leaving. No side table one side of bed to put cup of tea. Had problems booking on internet and ended up using a phone number which turned out to be a booking agency.Now I have an actual phone number I would use that in future.

Intersted staff and polite service
Room felt a little unclean, particularly with crumbs on the tea tray and small cobwebs on the ceiling which I noticed as the breeze caught them. Coversation from above guests could be heard and at 11.30pm I resorted to banging on the ceiling.
