    Staff very friendly but not overly so. Gave good advice about local eating and watering holes! Free Wifi access.

    Room a little tight in terms of space.

    Really lovely people who are very kind and willing to help, recommended an amazing Indian restaurant for dinner and breakfast was fantastic. Would recommend the honey too!!

    I dont like to complain at all but the bed was really uncomfortable and sloped on one side, although warned that the bathroom system made a noise it was alot louder than expected.

    excellent welcome and service given by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they really made our stay a memorable one. The breakfasts were fantastic.Really good quality for the price.

    Parking was tight on occasions but it was carefully managed so never caused a real problem.The rooms to the front of the hotel were rather noisy due to the heavy traffic.

    Great value for money, "homely" atmosphere with home-made bread and their own honey with breakfast. Computer access great

    Breakfast on a Sunday only served until 8.45, however it was worth the early rise!

    "Staff very helpful and knowledgable of the area. Could not do enough to help and accomodate our needs. We are both vegetarians and the breakfast Peter served was more than sufficient for our needs. The local honey and home made bread were great." (107797742)

    For a two star hotel the facilities were adequate and comfortable.

    The shower went from warm to hot to very cold, so had to be quick.

    Excellent, friendly communication. Food fresh and well presented with home made bread and honey/preserve so thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast.

    Small point which was going to be fixed that day, no towel rail in the en suite
