    Television reception was poor. Check out was down, and have still yet to receive my bill to ensure that I was charged the correct amount

    The location is superb,the facility is very clean,the staff is very curteous and helpful and for the price I would rate it a min of 4 stars thank you days hotel I will return.

    "we were there for the rugby 7's at twickenham.. very convenient and i will try to stay there next year too..." (107438668)

    great service, pleasant staff... breakfast was really good.. hotel is very clean and must be quite new.. we were allowed to check in early which was very useful as we had traveled long way and needed to be at the rugby early..

    car parking is dreadful and 15 pounds is extortionate..!! I stayed at the Days hotel in Derby for 10 nights and parking was free.. Also there was no space for my son to park so we had to leave his car away from hotel(this was my only negative in an otherwise excellent stay..)

    Rooms excellent,

    Parking expensive @ £15pn and not mentioned on the Internet. Breakfast n£10 also expensive. Many hotel fail to offer a quick start breakfast like you would have at home - Toast and go. Many travellers don't want a large English especially by the end of the week. Perhaps worthy of consideration

    Clean, comfortable rooms.

    Electrics failed forcing to change rooms at 1am in the morning ! No electric shaver points in bathroom Charge for parking. Separate charge for breakfast. No Spa/leisure facilities.

    "Everything about this hotel was good except the fact that the sleeping bed(s) were very very small. Even though I am not a very fat person, I did not have enough space to turn my posture in the night ....every time I did so I woke up ...leaving me extremely tired. But otherwise the hotel staff was very good, and the location of hotel (closer to Hounslow Central underground stn) makes it a very good place to stay if you have to catch an early morning flight or even if you have to go to London central area for sightseeing.     The location of hotel is excellent. The staff is very polite and helpful. The price of the room (60 pounds per night) was very good too. The room was very clean and well made.

    The room was supposedly for a family. The beds were so small that sleeping two adults and two kids (10 and 5) was a nightmare. Very disappointing. You should specify that this room is good for an extremely skinny family.

    Waiting Staff in Restaurant provided good service. House wine and Coffee were excellent. Staff reacted quickly to a night time disturbance in the car-park.

    Hotel has potential to be much better than it is just with a little more attention to detail. Evening meal menu could do with a bit more inventiveness, Chips & peas with most dishes does not do it for me. Breaksfast is expensive for the quality, one morning the scrambled egg was black and looked very unappetising,but there was no limit on how much you ate

    Fantastic room good hotel all that you could need.

    Pre Charge of Credit card no receipt offered or given Front rooms in the hotel could be noisy from street side.

    quiet room, no disturbances, clean, plenty of towels.

    cooked breakfast was cold both mornings, well below recommended serving temperatures, both mornings staff were informed but nothing was done about it and no apologies offered. asked at reception for fresh batteries for remote in the room, but none available.

    hotel of a good standard and staff pleasant and efficient

    The room lacked the finishing touches ;soap and such like in the bathroom It also appears that the price we paid through the internet was high @ £79. Fellow guests had paid £59.Disappointed with this and will certainly watch out in the future
