    Very impressed by the fact that Peter the owner went to the trouble to remembering the names of each of his guests and also remembered their breakfast preferences- a very personal touch that was very much appreciated.

    Excellent hotel, great quiet position just on the edge of town but easy walking into the town centre & the best breakfast in Tenby.

    Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel very nice and lovely bedroom.

    A ten minute walk outside the centre of Tenby, which is fine when the weather is good - not so convenient in the rain! Though there are taxis available from the town square back to the hotel. You do not really get the feeling of being on the coast until you walk into the town.

    A very comfortable and happy atmosphere. Some of the hotel is mature but this does not detract from the comfort. The help and service offered is very good indeed. Nice owners.

    The staff at te hotel were more than helpful. We fel very welcoming at the hotel.

    The room was not all that big but it was good enough. The only problem was with the heating it would take a fair few hours in order for the room to heat up.

    "A very pleasant weekend break. Always felt comfortable, never feeling afraid to ask for anything, should we have needed it. The hotel was a very short walk from the town. Top marks 10/10" (107883878)

    Everything was spotless. Peter was exceptionally friendly and polite, and made you feel vey welcome indeed. The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit and juice.

    There weren't any bad points at all.

    "Chose hotel due to its proximity to my morning appointment. Very friendly welcome from Peter who showed us to our room. Peter was very willing to supply any information we required. Breakfast was served quickly and was excellent." (107336632)

    It was a very welcoming and personal service.

    We were there at the end of a very long "cold spell" and the room heating was not able to cope. The Management were, however, quick to remedy the issue with additional heating.
