    Vriendelijk personeel, proper, goeie locatie, snelle service, altijd bereikbaar

    Bij douchen staat de hele badkamer onder, mag extra hoekje met mini tafeltje, weinig storage room in compact.

    El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de las terminales y de los principales puntos de interés. Es confortable, las amenidades son adecuadas y de buena calidad.

    La habitación es pequeña.

    Rooms are very small without any ventilation for fresh air. No chair for relaxing was provided. In fact there was no space for a chair. No chair for working purpose was also provided.

    Room was very clean, staff helpful, brought ironing board/coat hangers/hair dryer up to room when requested. was 5 minute walk from Millenium Stadium where we visited each day. Really easy to find, close to bus & train station, shops etc. Beds comfy. Good basic hotel - if you wanna explore the city & are out & about alot. If you want a more comfortable stay, not necessarily the best place to go

    Bathroom doors in cabin rooms are just frosted glass - was a bit embarrassing, a few dodgy silhouette moments for my friend & me! Bunk bed could do with a bar on the left hand side as well as the right side - nothing to really hold onto that side to lower yourself down, easy to lose balance if still half asleep. Didn't have breakfast, but may have tried it if it wasn't £7. view out of our window wasn't the best but didn't really matter as we weren't in the room most the time.

    Location, customer-friendly environment and staff, value for money, decoration, modern approach to architecture.

    Perhaps the bathroom lacks privacy.

    i liked the comvenience of having air conditioning in our room.

    my daughter disliked the frosted glass of the bathroom door.there was a lack of privacy.

    excellent location for where we were visiting, everybody was efficient, clean and modern hotel, would stay there again if ever visited Cardiff

    in my experience there were no bad points

    Excellent Location Even though close to railway station you could not hear the trains from your room

    Very small room (but I expected that) Breakfast was average - cold scrambled egg! We weren't told at Reception that you had to put your room card into the slot to get electricity Uncomfortable bed

    tres bon accueil, chambre compacte mais bien organisee et propre. L'hotel est juste a cote de la gare et au centre de Cardiff.

    staff were excellent,from reception to housekeeping they were very friendly and helpful

    i had no feedback on booking confirmation that the room i had booked, and requested a cot in, was too small for a cot! (cabin room) only good fortune that another larger room was available

    Truly disgusting powdered(?) scrambled eggs(?) at breakfast - if you want to keep costs down you're better off leaving this out altogether - don't inflict this horrible food on anyone else!

    The staff were very superb - very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant and the overall facilities were great.

    There was no hair dryer in the room and there was a night club across the street that was very loud until 3am.

    Great location, central train and bus stations at the door, many other sites in close walking distance. Clean, efficient room. Breakfast was delicious and a good value. Perfect for a solo traveler to use as a base to see Cardiff and the surrounding area.

    Bathroom might not work out as well if the room is being used by more than one person, due to the wet floor post shower.

    Hotel is in a great location for public transport and bars etc. The hotel was clean and well appointed with helpful staff. The breakfast was also nice and well worth the small additional charge.

    Directions to the hotel were a bit confusing but it is very easy to find once I'd worked it out. Just exit Cardiff Central train station and turn right!

    Great central location, walking distance of cardiff bay(30 mins) millennium stadium 10 mins, cardiff castle 15 mins. Right nect to train station.

    Rooms very very small, view out of window was of waste ground and railway sidings. there was cosmetic damage to stairway walls on one of the landings which looked bad. Not a great impression to give customers.

    Hotel was clean & nicely furnished

    Noise outside the room (inside the hotel)at regular intervals meant we had very little sleep & spoiled our break from the kids which was the purpose of the stay

    Modern design, clean room, great central location especially for Railway Station, Stadium and city centre.

    None, perhaps the price was a little high due to being a busy weekend for sporting events, but would definitely stay here again.

    Staff were friendly

    Computer systems went down on the Friday and because of a water leak all water was turned off so couldn't take a shower.
