    Interesting location, within walking distance of the Ironbridge, excellent food (the Flintstone Rib is an interesting meal to take on), really nicely presented, room more than adequate for our requirements, extremely helpful staff,

    Excellent Food, and Staff Friendliness.

    Bathroom very small and in need of some updateing. A rather damp and musty smell! Not enough room to swing a cat! Also the lounge TV not working properly.

    Pleasant staff ,helpful,especially the breakfast lady. Good service at mealtimes with the minimum of delay.

    malfunction of television in the room its a pity that guests have to walk outside to get from room to bar/diningroom especially in the rain

    Staff were very friendly. I'm a coeliac and had made arrangements prior to our visit to have my bread stored in their kitchen and also they kindly adapted some main meals to ensure that sauces / gravy was free of wheat and gluten. I know it's a difficult situation for everyone to get to grips with, but they were very good, and the more that staff know of the condition and how it can affect a coeliac the better, so well done!

    We had a super break at the Hotel, staff very helpful, and polite, everything was very, very good, could not fault anything, we had a very enjoyable stay and would return again should we need a Hoel in that area. Sercice at the hotel was also very good, meals excellent..

    Our stay was faultless. The accommodation was excellent as were the staff and breakfast. The food in the Steakhouse was excellent and very good value.

    This was an excellent venue for me travelling into Telford. The Inn was very well decorated and the staff very friendly and helpful. The accomodation was excellent value for money having just been recently decorated and lots of supplies of hot drinks and bottles of water. A TV/DVD player in the room and DVD'd free to borrow for the night. The food in the Bar/restaurant was high in quality, taste, amount and value.(Real chips and the thickest tastiest bread) Breakfast to order, again excellent quality

    Superb rooms - huge with very up to date decor. Very very friendly staff, they simply can't do enough for you. Lovely contemporary pub. Superb breakfasts. We didn't stay long enough to try the steaks but they looked fantastic.

    Staff were friendly. Room was clean and nicely decorated.

    VERY bad sound proofing!!! We could hear every footstep upstairs and were even kept awake with someone snoring in adjacent room!!! Bathroom quite dated. No hot water when getting ready for a wedding. No coffee for coffee machine in room(ran out). Food - Steak salad was like a casserole on top of a salad rather than marinated and had no pine nuts as stated on menu. Ran out of chips to have with steak. At times we waited a long time for breakfast and other meals even though not busy. Staff sat and had tea break when we were having breakfast and were very loud.
