    The location of the hotel is excellent, breakfast is good.

    Decent clean rooms, helpful staff, free wi fi in bar area with complimentary tea and coffer there.

    Room 206 had a window that refused to close properly, leaving me having ti listen to the late night karioke bar a few doors down

    "Guess get what you pay for - was a cheap hotel and in many ways it showed. But if on a budget then it's not a bad place to stay." (108237599)

    Recently redecorated room but not to a very high standard. Good full english breakfast. Very handy for tube.

    Breakfast was a little late for a business stay only starting at 7.30am. Shower head was loose and sink was cracked. Limited parking spaces.

    A well managed clean & friendly hotel.

    IT Was disapointing that the same room rates were not available from reception as was available on the internet. this made it not possible for me to book in for the following 2 weeks & have had to book elsewhere.

    very noisy parking locked out of hotel on return at 1:00 am in the cold for 10 mins!!!! breakfast needs to be organised better. everyone queeing for the tost, which blocks the breakfast bits!

    very well equipped room and bathroom, very good performance of staff, very good English breakfast buffett, got a free parking space for the whole 4-night stay

    very small room - although ok for sleeping in at night and side-seeing during the day, hem of curtain lose, carpet with stains

    Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable room.

    Room smelt of sweaty feet, saw a rat in the car park, could not park in the carpark had to park in the pay and display.

    Bar wifi. Free coffee in bar. Nice lift, when it works.

    Loud nightclub right next door. Much noise till 2am and room very hot with windows closed. Also noisy neighbours at 7am. Thin Walls I guess but neighbours talking loud is obviously out of the hands of the hotel.

    Friendly, very clean & comfortable and being able to park was a bonus, extremely good value for money.

    Breakfast was greasy & cold, and our table was not cleaned from the previous people, we went down for breakfast at 9.30am, there were no other clean tables available.

    great position as so close to tube. pleasant people and restaurant next door excellent. much better than i expected. staff helpful and when i needed room service very promptly handled.Breakfast was more than adequate. In room safe and kettle and fridge and cooking facilities would be excellent if I had needed them

    just a bit bland and i had asked for a bath but got a shower.

    Keycard had to be re-programmed three times and locked me out of the room. I was told to park in a particular area which then turned out to be wrong and i got a penatly ticket for. I requested a double bed and got two singles instead.

    "It was a good experience the staff were friendly and kindly moved us to a room in a quieter part of the hotel for the second night of our stay. It would have been nice if there was air conditioning. It was difficult to use the hot water kettle at breakfast as the water was very slow to come out." (107756520)

    Well placed for transport links. Helpful staff. Hassle free.

    Hotel partially above a night club resulting in noise carrying through the building. Very noticeable on the first night, curiously started on the second but quickly stopped.

    Excellent location with adequate parking, good sized room for 3 adults. overall cleanliness of room good. Well heated, Quiet.

    Main disappointment was room not prepapred for 3 adults and given linen when requested which i suspect had been previously used - evidence of hairs from another.Insufficent towels for3 adults. Fortunately this was corrected the next day by a very accommodating maid. First night stay was new years eve and the hotel was full insufficent staff at breakfast to cater for numbers better on following 2 days

    Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms and hotel in general in very good decorative order.Comfortable room which despite being on the main road was very quiet. Very adequate breakfast.

    Parking a bit of a problem.

    Central heating packed up on second night and tv not working properly, the replacement tv kept losing signal every 5 minutes.

    Complained about the smelly pillow cases and quilt cover. Was moved to a much better room on 3rd floor.

    Origanally allocated a room on the 1st floor. I asked for some fresh milk only to be informed this could be purchased at the Tesco Express down the road!! No extra blankets provided and a very thin smelly quilt and pillow cases. Its a good job I arrived early for breakfast because if I had been any later than 7.30am all the food would have been very cold.

    Excellent staff who were very courteous. The room was clean and functional and everything worked. The hotel is located next to a busy, well-lit thoroughfare and close to the underground. It ticked a lot of boxes for business and personal travellers.

    The car park at the rear of the hotel is big but full of signs telling you not to park or you will be clamped with terifying financial penalties. TYhat part's a mess and it needs to be made much clearer where hotel guests can park safely.
