Interior looks a little worn. Rooms need a paint & clean to make them excellent

Lovely location and polite staff, room very large

No information in room as to breakfast times etc. Breakfast was quite late at 8:30 and no highchair for our toddler when eating, clearly short staffed on the day we stayed, wedding party kept us awake with the music

"An extremely pleasant spot, that felt calming and relaxed. I stayed in 4 places that week and was a bit surprised that I paid most for food here - but I also paid the least for a room! The quality of the meal beat Hotel Du Vin in Cheltenham and a four star in South london." (107860292)

Very friendly without losing efficiency. Attractive room and super food. Well signposted from main road. good parking.

I liked this but some may not. rooms are in 2 different buildings, restaurant and bar in another. Food a bit expensive.

The staff were excelent and nothing was to much trouble

The cleanliness of the room could have been improved but was probably understandable in view of the time of year
