Perfect for a stopover in London. All you need for a short rest.
Location is unfortunate. Not easy to get to from other terminals and does not save you the need to go through passport control.

Staff were very polite and pleasant.
I was in only for one night. After a long day at work I wanted to lay back and watch television. The television was not working in spite of the staff putting in their best efforts to try and make it work. The air conditioning in the room was not working either which resulted in the room being very stuffy and warm. The staff were aware of this and nothing could be done as there were no other vacant rooms. I was really bored and could not even go sleep.

weird/eerie lighting; bad for IVDUs, no doubt. Limited TV channels. high climb to bed.
