    I enjoyed my stay and found the staff very helpful and informative. I will stay there again in the future. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was also quite nice.

    Nothing to report, except my room had no soap or shampoo. However, I carry a bag of these so its not a problem.

    Upgraded room, excellent reception from staff, clean & well maintained, good breakfast, staff attentive to our young sons requirements.

    Broken safe (though staff very attentive to problem), poor TV reception, poor wireless broadband reception in room (install a repeater in external buildings?)

    Room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke but it was a ground floor room, maybe people had been smoking outside.

    "First time I've experienced Bed and Breakfast where bacon and sausages were an additional cost to the hot breakfast! However breakfast was still good enough without the meat and was still better than most of the other "Value" hotel chains we use on a regular basis." (108229906)

    Very clean and appeared to be recently refurbished. Staff very friendly and effective. We requested a quiet room and were given one at the back of the hotel away from the road. The double room was bijou to say the least, but it suited us perfectly.

    Für Londoner verhältnisse hervorragande Leistung. Super-Lage, direkt auf der High STreet, aber ruhig. Sehr grün. Exzellentes Frühstück, zuvorkommendes Personal, Zimmer einfach aber gut eingerichtet, im guten Zustand, sehr sauber. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der Frühstucksraum, ein Wintergarten, mit Blick ins Grüne.

    Kein Aufzug.

    Hotel located in a very pleasant area of London, with easy access by underground to Central London. Free car parking. Friendly, welcoming staff. Pleasant breakfast room. Comfortable room.

    Bedroom was very warm. On ground floor, with sliding door to rear garden area. Not secure enough to leave sliding door open at night to let in fresh air so room very stuffy. No alternative window to open.

    Very clean and comfortable. Spacious well furished room. Attentive and polite staff. Good breakfast. Nice conservatory/garden.

    The room was spotless - the staff were extremly helpfull pleasant and friendly - good choices for breakfast - plenty of eating places around the hotel

    I could not identify any bad points with this hotel

    Excellent in all respects - but I had a room at the back. wonder how noisy it would be at the front on such a busy road.

    Perhaps a little expensive for the location.

    Bathroom good. Although room fronted the street, we didn't hear a sound. Great bonus to have the parking, with such easy access. Dining room excellent - special bonus to have it available at any time for tea/coffee etc. Particularly enjoyed the 'conservatory'. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

    Poor lighting for makeup over bathroom mirror.

    Not really a bad point, but the archway leading to the car park is extremely narrow-not for the feint hearted!!!
