  Friendly staff, easy to park, convenient for Coventry Stadium

  Very small room, quite hot, poor lighting in room

  "Edxcellent and good value for money." (107644235)

  Very pleasant staff, nothing was too much trouble. Attached pub provides excellent food. Allowed us to remain in the car park after checking out while we visited local area. Our room was nicely furnished with a double and a single bed. (family room but used for two people, at no extra cost)

  Nothing really bad to mention, although the handbasin plug was missing, but this was easily resolved. No hair dryer in the room, but one is avalable to use. We took our own.

  "Easy to find in Coventry, Morrisons opposite. Very clean and convenient" (107762346)

  The pub/restaurant was very good. Good food and cheap too however it was very busy and there was a 45 minute wait for a table in the dining room although you could eat in the bar area.

  In spite of me reserving specifically a twin room, when we arrived it had been given to someone else and there was only a double room available. Apologies were given but what is the point of a reservation if any requests are ignored by the hotel.

  "Would happily use this hotel again especially if I can get the same room !!" (107501543)

  Clean, tidy, spacious well appointed room, quiet, good breakfast, good pareking, convenient location.

  Showing limited wear aand tear but not detrimental to the overall experience.

  "I would recommend for a short stay. t The pub next door does good meals at a good price. " (107675373)

  Good value for the money, staff friendly and helpful. Room clean

  Shower very slow running water.
