    "Adequate for needs will potentially use again" (108594443)

    Staff, very helpful and pleasant Health club looked as though it might be an assest for visitors but publicity of how when to access not available in room.

    Entrance to hotel confusing went in through pub, not what I wanted woman on her own. Key to room did not work well as the door does not fit properly, had to return all the way back downstairs with lugage to get help Matress too hard!

    Staff very helpfull and polite

    Outside colour scheme very off putting, inside; our room was tiered looking and gave a feeling of drabness.

    Staff friendly and accommodating. Lovely room, Excellent breakfast.

    At check-in, Girl on reception , whilst dealing with my booking, continued a conversation with another young woman, that was either her friend or a member of staff, about footwear. Not a good first impression.

    "i enjoyed the stay at the hotel. having returned from an engagemnt party it was nice to be able to carry on dancing within the hotel at around 1am. the bar was still open and returning to my room it was nice NOT to be able to hear the music. enjoyed the english breakfast the following morning."     "Good except for the above. Get the reception area to ground floor. You should also mention the amount of stairs in your web site. We would not stay again unless we could have a room that was not downstairs. " (107802104)

    We found the steps up to reception very steep. Not good with heavy cases and computers to carry. Our room was again down steep stairs - difficult as one of us had recent surgery on knees. No option as to position of room was offered. Distance to breakfast room again too far. The whole layout of the place needs looking at - it is not inviting to anyone with even vaguely aching knees!

    Staff very helpful and friendly. Price.

    Bathroom needs complete overhaul. Hot taps on both basin and bath were so stiff to turn off that my wife couldn't do it - it took all my strength to turn them off completely! Tiles on floor broken.
