I was frankly amazed by the quality when I stepped in the room. Based on what I'd read online, I thought I was booking a really cheap hotel that I'd just have to deal with and put up with the shabbiness. But the room, while tiny (I expected that; I didn't mind) looked great, clean and luxurious. Nothing felt cheap or subpar about it; quite the opposite.
While the room was mostly clean, it obviously hadn't been vacuumed. There was some dust and crumbs on the carpet. Not too bad, though. The worst part was when I arrived, the manager had no idea who he was - he blamed the website for not having sent him the reservation info. Not sure whose fault that actually was, but he was helpful in resolving it.

Excellent location for Victoria and Westminster areas - situated in nice road. Decor nice in the room and lovely crispt clean sheets!
Carpet could have done with replacing but other than that nothing bad.

"As only there for one night this was quite adequate and in an area of London which had "comfortable" feel to be in at night - important for me as a lone female. Although breakfast is not included there are tea/coffee making faciities - a reasonable choice for a budget holiday but with no frills. " (107327269)
Friendly Reception and helpful staff menber when querying TV later. Very quiet at at night . Easy walk from Victoria station and near buses. My room had New carpet and new windows. Larger towel than usual in cheap hotels. Bathroom/toilet /shower clean and appeared to be fairly new. Big mirror and nice picture on wall
Very Basic room - would have liked bedside light. Little space to hang clothes.

Room seemed to have been refurbished but not to a good standard of workmanship. Linen was all very clean.
So called reception room was in the basement and was cluttered and appeared not very clean. The 'double bed' was not a full size bed resulting in an uncomfortable night's sleep. Manager was not very friendly and unlike other hotels we have stayed at in London required 5-pound sterling for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the day we were leaving.

Ubicacion centrica y tranquilo. Bien conectado con transporte urbano y al aeropuerto de Gatwick. Servicio de te y cafe en la propia habitacion.
Curioso que haya que pagar por guardar la maleta el ultimo dia en la recepcion del hotel... que la recepcion sea el dormitorio del conserge.... que este sea despertado por uno mismo al dejar la maleta a las 9:30h en "paños menores"... que la habitacion no disponga de ningun armario.... Por el precio, ausencia de desayuno incluido en el mismo.

The hotel had a great location in London. It was good value for money and was cleaned daily. The water was always hot.
The room had not been cleaned when I arrived althought the bed had been changed. I went out that evening and it was then cleaned while I was out. My room was in the basement next to the reception room, where someone obviously smoked heavily. On the Saturday night the TV was very loud from reception until about 2am. On other nights I could hear it but it wasn't too loud. The electrics looked 'dodgy' there were extension leads to the TV, and the kettle was not on the original base although it did work but only balanced precariously. None of the appliences appeared to have been electric tested as they didn't have the stickers on them.

great neighbourhood off of Wilton Road, 10 minute walk from Victoria Station: great restaurants, pubs, shops
The room was very small and cramped and access to it was through a mess of construction materials and half demolished rooms. They were in the process of renovating and the door to the room had yet to be installed! When it was finally attached, the smell from the glue and caulking lasted all through the night. We had to walk through the extensive construction work to get to our room and as result carpets were very unclean. The owners/family members were doing their own renovations and it showed, newly installed bathroom had broken floor tiles, leaky hose attached to wall at side of toilet (used to clean???)but as a result the floor was always soaking wet.A huge shower enclosure (why so big for such a tiny room?)but no hot water.We had booked a double room with a double bed - the bed was barely larger than a twin bed, pushed up against the wall, so very diffcult for two people to get in and out of!! The bedding was extremely unsavoury, a mattress protector that was much too small and so bunched up under an equally narrow sheet. Mattress certainly was not new nor particularly clean either. Every request was listened to and they tried to solve problems but everything was going to be done "tomorrow"! They certainly were trying to upgrade and improve their hotel but unfortunately at our expense!
