    Calidad precio muy satisfactorio.

    Desgraciadamente, no avisaron que por la noche no hay personl para el checkin y me quedé en la calle hasta las seis de la mañana que volvieron a atender. Por supuesto me cobraron las dos noches...

    So bad checked out after 1st night. Mould on wall, dirty beds and a frige that leaked all over the floor, absolutely disgusting!

    The room was good and situated in a good area. Wasn't too noisy.

    I booked the room with my 2 brothers and was expecting to have 3 single beds but had 1 single bed and 1 double. My brothers had to share the double bed. Continental breakfast was disappointing.

    Vereinbarter Parkplatz stand ohne Vorankündigung für einen tag nicht zur Verfügung. Es enstanden uns zusätzliche Kosten. Keine Unterstützung bei der Wahl eines alternativen Parkplatzes.

    The breakfast was very simple. No artificial juice, only one sort of jam, only nescafe, no tee.

    friendly staff + nice breakfast + we liked having two rooms next to each other+ lots of places to eat near

    not too keen on the shower but it was a clean hotel so all was well

    Staff were very pleasant and helpfull. Room was clean.

    Shower did not work properly but I reported that when we left and they said they would get it checked. Room was a little small for the amount of beds in it. Continental breakfast was very basic could have done with a choice of cereal, fresh orange juice, marmalade and thicker toast with a choice of brown or white bread.

    The hotel advertise Free Internet. That is why I stayed here instead of the Pembury. However - There was NO INTERNET available which caused me major headaches

    "The staff were as helpful as they could be and it was close to the venue where I was working which was the main reason for my stay. its ok to stay there for basic needs but wouldnt take my partner there again. " (107623317)

    The room was clean and facilities were fair, it was close to the venue we were attending.

    The accomodation was difficult to find I expected a hotel with the name on the internet, only to find it was a collection of rooms dotted around an area and the check in was located in another building called something totaly different. Had i not phoned them i would never had found the place it was very misleading and confusing. the heating in our room was uncontrollably hot and the radioator valves to turn it down did not work. so we kept the windows open all night, this had an added disadvantage as the check in was also a functions hall/ club so loud music was playing till about 3am. luckily I took the tube to the hotel but other residents had trouble finding a parking space nearby.

    Fridge,t.v and kettle

    Couldnt find hotel as it is not sign posted. You can hear whats going on in the next hotel room, i heard the t.v and people walking outside because the floors were creaky

    "Accomodation cheap but very basic. Cheapest rooms outside main hotel building which meant going outside for breakfast. Difficulty getting into hotel as door was locked and no bell to notify staff wanted to check in. This was tea-time. Only 1 key available for twin room. I am slim but would have had difficulty getting into shower space so gave that a miss." (107840676)

    Cheap hotel room near to tube station.

    Accomodation outside main hotel on worst night of year for weather. Shower incredibly small and not particularly well-maintained. Breakfast again meant going outside to main hotel in 10 centimetres of snow.

    on the whole the hotel was very good only concern was the shower cubicle a bit grotty. very small amount of tea, coffee,minimal milk. staff excellant extremely helpfull would use again

    The cab company working with the hotel are rip offs as the cab driver from Cyprus booked by the hotel receptionist exploited me by charging me an extra cost of what the hotel receiption told me, and driving me through a far route thinking i do not know the street am going because i told him i came from africa on a conference.

    Friendly staff. Room warm. TV worked.

    Shower didn't work, kettle broken, toilet seat kept falling down, room only just clean enough, curtains ripped away from rail at top, bed hard, squash instead of juice for breakfast.

    The room was clean and very decent size

    The pressure in the taps was very poor, not good enough to have a shower. When we had hot water there was no cold water and visa versa. There was constant traffic overhead all night, we did not get any sleep. We went to reception to complain at 11pm but reception was closed. I did verbally complain the following morning and asked for a refund as we were checking out because of the noise level. We would have put up with the water situation. The breakfast was very unsatisfactory also. we had to look for basics such as cutlery, delf and bread. In the dining room there was furniture stored and it was more like a store room.
