    Friendly welcome and service. Clean, tidy, comfortable room with ensuite, good breakfast. Plentiful tea & coffee in room. Car parking included.

    Nothing luxurious, if that's what you 're looking for.

    Close to city centre. Friendly helpful manager.

    A clear explanation of how to find hotel car park which was at the rear of the street and only accesable from a very narrow unsigned lane would be useful in information of location.

    Good location very close to town. Free parking. Good breakfast. Comfy, large rooms.

    Poor soundproofing between rooms - I could hear word-for-word next door's TV, even after they turned it right down. And the shower was terrible!!! It alternated hot and cold constantly.

    Helpfull staff

    Our room (that had been booked 5 months prior)had been double booked so we had to down grade to an on-suite double.The room we were given was the size of a shoebox and at a very minimal reduction in price.
