Only bad point was not enough hanging space for clothes

The only good point is the location of the Hotel.

Room smelt of damp. Poor quality fixtures/fittings generally. Blown bulbs in light fitings. Poor "tired" decoration. "Lounge area" through to upstairs bedrooms was a disgrace. It contained an very old mouldy sofa, bags of what looked like old sheets, an old training bicycle and looked just like a dumping ground for rubbish.

Good location Very good breakfast

Below average room facilities - uncomfortable bed, cramped bathroom, etc. Lots of narrow stairs, and no lift/elevator

Excellent location and breakfast.

One member of staff was very surly when checking in. He spoke the absolute minimum, didn't welcome us and he didn't help us carry our bags to or from the room, even though we were obviously struggling and I did indicate this on both occasions. Other staff were friendly and/or polite.

"Was adequate and if the breakfast selection was improved e.g. having wholemeal toast and more fruit would be more enjoyable. Situation was good but turned out to be too noisy outside at night for us!" (107556164)

Pleasant airy and spacious room. Staff friendly and pleasant. Convenient for resort and Swansea

Breakfast mediocre compared to recent visit to B and B {same price} in York. Unfinished Decor and bathroom fittings. Entrance rather dowdy.
