    "I didn't stay - I woudl rahter travel all the additional miles home and then back again." (108911926)

    There were no good points apaprt from the ease of booking the room.

    The Easy Hotel was truly awful. teh room was liek a Railway Toilet with a bed attached (marginally cleaner was it's only plus point).

    don't know what it was, but I was only able to sleep two hours. I didn't like the omm. the A/C was on all night, the bed was not good. Left as early as possible in the morning and will never come back to that hotel.

    "Never again will I stay or recommend this hotel chain. It was truly the most depressing, disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Why is it essential to have the entire room (walls and floor) made of wipe clean surfaces, especially when they were not? From what I have read, prisoners in cells have more comfortable accomodation. I cancelled my return stay and for £12 extra, stayed at The Ibis Hotel at Luton airport instead, which was far superior than your average holiday accomodation, and their staff were very pleasant and well turned out."     No room facilities (kettle etc), no chair, no table, £5 extra to watch TV. Coffee machine in lobby had no cups. 100 yards from sex shop. Mucus from previous customers nose smeared on the room walls. Cold room. Need I go on ?

    I wes pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, safety, quiet, and brightness of the room. The receptionist was very attentive and helpful.

    "Hated it would never stay in one of these hotels again, was a very bad experience did not want to go back to room at night. never again" (108670749)

    Reception was pleasant Hotel clean

    Tiny room, very claustophobic, bed & 2 hooks no chair no room to move, everything was an extra charge ie watch TV=£5 clean towels=£1 room cleaned=£10

    Clean, functional, staff were friendly, cheap, I got upgraded as they didn't have a single room. Surprisingly quiet as I had a room on the road. Bed was comfortable.

    Receptionist had to phone her manager as I had booked online so was a rate change and that seemed to take a while. No hotel parking, I parked on a yellow line on the road. Toilet seat cover was broken. I was given nothing with the room number on and I forgot it!

    Close to transport links. Receptionist friendly and professional.

    Horrendous, soul-less room. Bad smells coming from toilet - very little sleep all night.

    Nice hotel, clean, good bed and facilities, convenient location, very friendly staff (arranged taxi in the morning no problems), nice working shower and spotelessly clean. Easy to book online and well described.

    Air conditioning in the room was far too strong. Window to the outside was blocked. Internet & TV have to be paid for separately, but did not need them (very short overnight stay).

    ideal for my purpose as i was only in the room 5 hours, overnight as i was due to fly very early the next morning for business. Glad the toilet wasn't orange!

    did not mention when booking that you have to pay for use of the remote for the television. Too plastic and orange.

    "Adequate, reasonably priced for the small, windowless room but if I were paying more for the better-featured rooms, I would look to other hotels nearby who offer inclusive breakfast and a less utillitarian feel.     Clean, reasonably priced room with very good access to the railway station and town centre.

    Room too hot during the night. Other guests very noisy when closing doors. Pillows could be better - too small. Air fan very noisy.

    Staff was excellent, and her assistance: hiring taxi, quick process for check-in. I also liker having drinks and snacks in the lobby.

    It took me a long time to figure out how to set the alarm clock, and even so I couldn't set at the time I wanted. No soap/shower gel in bathroom (it was over)

    Room very clean and everything there that I needed for a short stay. I was in transit from Malaysia to France via Luton Airport and this hotel proved ideal for this purpose.

    For what I paid for the room, I could not find any fault worth a mention:

    There is no breakfast on offer here. despite being advertised. dirty towels left in my room. the room itself is a shoebox. no way of changing the temperature from the room itself. Tv didnt work. Not even any cups for the coffee machine. The vending machine is full of out of date crisps etc.

    Poor Service, Noisey. Didnt feel secure! Single girl traveling on my own, could smell drugs when walked in lobby and men coming in and out delivering things.
