  "I can reccommend the Eglington Arms whole heartedly.on arrival i was pleasantly surprised by its location and its exterior appearance gave confidence that i had made the right choice of hotel.The interior is warm and welcoming as are the friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was very good. Check out was quick and easy. i will be visiting the area again and will definitley stay again. " (108337589)

  Hotel was newly refurbished and looked very good; check-in staff very pleasant and helpful; sound proofing very good indeed - did not realise there were 'active' children next door until we came out into the corridor from our room!

  Already filled out hotel ?aire. Only complaint is the shower has no temperature control. HOT, COLD, HOT, COLD. Terrible. I heard you were refurbishing the rooms. The shower controls need to be updated.

  "Could not fault hotel and friends were discussing using hotel for all Glasgow trips until found out we were paying more than other guests." (107303719)

  "excellent - it was a lovely hotel, easy to find and very accessible" (107613464)

  the hotel is tastefully decorated and the staff are extremely helpful

  the room was too hot - I stayed in a room with velux windows and it was just too light in the morning

  Good sized family room. Play park across the road. Beautiful refurbishment taking place which did not have a negative impact on our stay.

  "After reporting faults- moved to next room, and given basket of fruit for the inconvenience. Hotel undergoing refurbishment - contractors on site. We feel once work is complete it will be a very nice Hotel." (107922423)

  Dining room, modern with attractive lighting. Eaglesham village pretty, friendly people, shops nearby.

  Booked twin room - given double. Very firm bed-uncomfortable. Old and marked carpets. Reception on TV poor.Remote control grimey. Extractor fan not working in bathroom.

  Staff lovely, fresh clean good room.

  Fan in bathroom VERY noisy. TV remote control not working.

  "once building work is completed the hotel will appear more accomodating " (107591673)

  Even though there was a lot of disruption due to building work the staff made every effort to ensure it did noy affect our stay

  Only complaint was the beer was to cold and alternative cask ales would have been nice
